The Emperor Waits · Last updated 8 October 2026

The short version: the game does not collect, store or share any personal data about you.

What the game does not do

No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services that receive data. The game works without an internet connection.

Your progress

Stars, outfits and settings are saved on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, synced through your own iCloud account by Apple. The developer cannot see this data.

Photos

If you choose to add a photo of your cat to the Royal Gallery, the game asks for access to your photos. The photo stays on your iPhone and is never uploaded. If you share a royal portrait, the iPhone's own share sheet is used and you choose where it goes.

Maps

"Find a shelter near me" opens Apple Maps with a search. Nothing is sent to the developer.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
